Individual therapy for anxiety
- Do you feel worried often about a lot of things? 
- Does the worry make it hard to sleep or focus? 
- Have you been feeling irritable or tense? - If so, you may be experiencing anxiety. 
During individual therapy for anxiety, you can expect:
- that I will assist you with identifying anxiety triggers and/or patterns 
- to learn coping skills
