Individual therapy for trauma
- Does your mind keep replaying a traumatic event or events over and over? 
- Do you have recurring nightmares about the trauma you experienced? 
- Has a traumatic event negatively shaped your view about yourself, others, or the world? - If you answered yes to these questions, you may be experiencing symptoms of trauma. 
During individual therapy for trauma, you can expect:
- that I will ask you questions about the trauma symptoms you are experiencing 
- that you will be able to talk about the trauma(s) you experienced at your own pace 
- to learn about the way that trauma affects the brain and body
