Individual therapy for depression
- Do you feel like you don’t want to get out of bed in the morning? 
- Do the smallest tasks feel like they take an overwhelming amount of effort? 
- Have you been feeling down or negative about yourself? - If so, you may be experiencing depression. 
During individual therapy for depression, you can expect:
- to have a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to talk about circumstances that may be contributing to depression 
- that I will help you identify potential triggers and/or patterns for feelings of depression
